Avocado Mayo {Vegan + Paleo + Egg-Free}

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp lime juice (can also use lemon juice)
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt, optional
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder, optional
  • 1 tsp vinegar of choice, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine avocados, olive oil, sea salt, and lime juice in high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on low speed for approximately 5 minutes, or until mixture is smooth.
  3. Add optional ingredients, including other seasonings or spices of choice, and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
