Ingredients

1 cup coffee, chilled
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons agave nectar (more or less to taste)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 handful steamed-then-frozen cauliflower
2 scoops vanilla-flavored protein powder
1/4 cup dates, pitted and chopped
1 handful ice cubes, optional
Instructions
Brew a batch of coffee, let cool, and store in the refrigerator to chill.
Steam cauliflower florets and let cool. Store in freezer-safe containers, about a handful per container.
In a high-speed blender, combine the cold coffee, almond milk, agave nectar, vanilla, frozen cauliflower, protein powder, and dates and mix on a high speed until smooth. If the smoothie gets hot, then blend in a handful of ice cubes.
Enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator for up to 24-36 hours.
Notes
For best results, buy fresh cauliflower and chop it down into florets. Steam the florets immediately, let cool, and store in small quantities in freezer-safe containers. Use a handful of florets in each Vanilla Coffee Protein Smoothie batch
