Triple Berry Power Smoothie

Triple Berry Power Smoothie combines fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with your choice of chia seeds, flaxseed, and/or protein powder for a deliciously filling dairy-free smoothie recipe that’s ready to go in minutes! You pick the mix-ins and the sweetener, and then you’re set! {Paleo-friendly and vegan-friendly}


  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh rapsberries
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (I like almond, coconut, or cashew)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 12 tablespoons 100% pure honey (paleo) or agave nectary (vegan), optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, optional


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and then mix on high speed.
  2. Serve immediately with additional ice as desired, or store in the refrigerator for one to two days.
