Paleo Winter Salad

Apples, bananas, kiwis, oranges, pomegranates, nuts, and an optional honey/lemon dressing come together for a delicious, easy-to-assemble salad! It’s a no fuss recipe that looks downright decadent! {Paleo}

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 3 mandarin oranges
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large apple, sliced into wedges
  • Arils from one pomegranate
  • Handful of chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
  • 1 tablespoon 100% pure honey (paleo) or agave nectar (vegan) with a splash of lemon juice, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add walnuts or pecans and honey-lemon dressing, if desired, just prior to serving.
  3. For best results, serve immediately and consume refrigerated leftovers within 24 hours.
