Paleo Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (agave nectar for vegan variation)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (coconut milk, cashew milk, etc, would also work)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in blender and mix on high speed until blended.
  2. Garnish with extra spices or a cinnamon stick.
