Imagine yourself staring at the night sky on a clear, crisp evening, when every star seems to twinkle in your direction. Then imagine yourself in that same spot during the day, when the sun is shining and the trees are lush and green. Ooh, and then imagine right next to those trees is a beautifully flowing body of water that features gorgeous sea glass. That’s what this Nature classroom decor bundle is all about. It’s quite possibly one of my most immersive themes yet!
Omigosh, Spiriteds! If you love to create a mini world inside your classroom, a home away from home, then this Nature classroom decor bundle is just for you! How do we even talk about it? I mean, from the mountains that jut right up to the starry night, to the trees that envelope you on a sunny day, to the water that meanders through both, you can create an oasis you and your students will love.
And if you love a combination of blues and greens, paired with earth tones, then so much the better! I found that mix of colors made accessorizing this theme easier. I could use neutral colors alongside the blues and greens. And if you have black and white materials (I’m looking right at you, expensive black and white book bins), they’ll fit right in here, too.
Let’s do a theme walk, and hike through this Nature classroom decor bundle. It is a sure treat!
Who is this Nature theme for?
Not every classroom decor bundle is right for every teacher. But this Nature classroom decor bundle is perfect for the teachers who wants:
- A classroom theme for older students
- An immersive theme that feels like you’re in nature
- A color scheme that balances bold colors with printer-friendly neutrals
- Classroom organization tools
- Focus wall materials
- Customizable content that can be repurposed on the fly
How to accessorize this Nature classroom decor theme
Simply put, accessorizing this theme was an absolute blast. And it wasn’t complicated. There are lots of ways to accent this Nature classroom decor bundle! There’s also no need to spend more money specifically for this theme than you would on any other theme. Think:
- Gems or glass beads found at craft stores
- Wicker and woven baskets
- Tree cookies
- Kraft magazine holders
- Blue, white or green books bins (black will also work)
- Greenery (just about any kind will do)
I used my rusty woodgrain bulletin board paper and trimmed the bulletin board in a scalloped eucalyptus border. It wasn’t an exact match of greens, but it was so close it did the trick. Throughout the bundle you’ll see options for bunting, which can then be used for bulletin boards, door decor, window hangings, and MORE!

Teacher organization tools in one theme!
Nature classroom decor combines design and functionality. And it’s never more apparent than it is with all the classroom organization tools that are included. Text editable classroom supply labels, rolling cart labels (for 12-drawer rolling carts), and book bins labels are just a start. Then there are the circle tags that are perfect for cubbies or lockers, table and center numbers, along with desk name plates (that all make excellent labels for larger or awkwardly-shaped storage bins).
The perfect classroom decor theme for older students!
Honestly, Nature classroom decor will go the distance. You could just as easily use this in an early education classroom as you could in upper elementary or even middle school. I think the classroom rules posters would fit right in with junior highers and high schoolers. And, to be honest, they work well in the home offices of people who are more than 480 months old. I still have them up on my bulletin board, even as I type this. So, yes, Nature classroom decor will work with you, no matter what grade you teach.
Spiriteds, I hope you’re well. Stay well and know I’m glad you’re here! 💙💚🩵
