Mayo-Free Paleo Egg Salad

- 2 tomatoes, halved from top to bottom with centers scooped out
- 5 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- Dash of garlic salt
- Dash of onion salt
- Pepper
- Combine chopped eggs, red onion, green onion, avocado, and celery in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, sea salt, garlic salt, and onion salt.
- Pour olive oil mixture over egg mixture and stir evenly.
- Fill tomatoes with egg salad and garnish with pepper.
- Serve immediately.
