Homemade Italian Salad Dressing

- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (I used cracked pepper for extra flavor)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, optional
- Combine ingredients in glass jar and stir with a fork.
- Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
- If ingredients solidify, stir vigorously before serving.
