Our family is on a new journey with wellness since Toodlebug’s alopecia areata diagnosis. Rounds of allergy testing revealed she is allergic to many of the foods we had been eating. Further research showed us those allergies may have been contributing to her alopecia areata flareups. We’ve purged the pantry a few times and now have a whole new menu of meals, which you’ll see more of in our Recipes section. Here you’ll learn about the wellness approach we’re taking. It started out as a way to help Toodle but has evolved into a whole-family transformation!
