Green Apple Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and quartered
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine water, apple slices, spinach leaves, pineapple, and banana in a blender and mix on medium speed until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Add chia seeds and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
