Spiriteds, I do NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK ABOUT THIS! So, I’ll just blog about it instead. Because that is so much different. 🙂 It has taken ALL THE MONTHS to put this idea together, but it’s finally HERE! The Spirited Food Photography Resource Library is officially open for members.
Whaaaaa? I KNOW!!!!!
Member, you say? Does it cost anything to join? NOPE. Just like your local public library, this food photography resource library is FUH-REE to join for you and yours. Listen, I’m not going to tiptoe around this. I was THE CLUMSIEST food photography student. If there were a streamlined way to learn photography and a cobbled-together-what-is-even-happening-here way, I 1000% went for the latter method. I took forever.
I had no idea just how HARD it would be to become a food photographer. Just how many mathematical and artistic skills I needed to achieve my goals. Or that once I developed one set of skills, there’d be another set of skills I’d need to learn just waiting in the wings. The process toward excellence is never quite done.
Food photography is such a joy and privilege. It’s also not for the faint of heart. So I decided to create a spot on the internetwebs where fellow food photographers could go to get free:
- Guides
- 650
- Organizers
- And MORE!
All to help you on your own journey, in a more streamlined fashion than I ever followed. Fingers crossed and cameras charged that my uneven journey is your focused process.
Okay, so what all are you going to get in this library? Let’s take a tour, shall we?
What you’ll get in this food photography resource library
You’ll get access to free guides to help you UP your food photography game, templates for planning photoshoots and video shoots, checklists to help you stay organized, and MORE. Keep in mind, too, that new resources will be added, and I’ll let you know when those new uploads are available so you don’t miss a THING!
Topics include:
- How to find that scroll-stopping it factor in your photos
- Subtleties that make photos POP!
- Tools to organize your projects
- Checklists so you don’t have to try to remember everything all at once
- AND SO MUCH MORE!
How to join the food photography resource library
Okay, so this all sounds pretty great, right? If you’re nodding your head, then sign up using one of the opt-ins on this page! Share your first name and email address, and then check your inbox for a message from me! You’ll need to confirm your membership (there will be a clickable button in your email) at which point you’ll be directed to a one-page PDF with all the resource library details you’ll need.
Then, to make your membership easy to manage:
- Save the PDF in a place you can easily retrieve it.
- Bookmark the library sign-in page.
- Add me to your email address book so I don’t wind up in your junk folder.
- Keep the password close.
It’s the same password for everyone, so instead of having to create yet another one (only to forget it 8 minutes from now), it’s a one and done situation. Pretty sweet, huh?
Oh, and your inbox won’t get flooded with messages from me either. I’ll reach out when there are updates about Spirited and Then Some food photography library resources, new food photography products, or other notes of interest that are part of being in the community. But, no, it won’t be emails from me all the time.
If you’d like to stay in touch, however, connect with me on Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest. I’d love to see you there!
What if you know someone else who should join?
Ooh, yes, good things like free resources should be shared amongst our friends and family. Here’s my ask: rather than share the password with your friends and family, please encourage them to join using their own credentials. That way they can stay up-to-date on resources in the library and contact me if they have questions, comments, or suggestions.
Have you signed up? You can by filling in your details in the form above! Got a first name and an email address? If yes and yes, then you’re IN! I can’t wait to see you there. Remember to stay wild and know how glad I am that you’re here! 🩷
