1 package gluten-free deli-sliced turkey or chicken
1 package gluten-free deli-sliced salami
Sliced red onion, optional
Pinch of dill, oregano, and/or coarse black pepper, optional
Instructions
Slice cucumber and divided slices in half. Place a salami slice on half of the cucumber slices. Then slice turkey and chicken slices into halves, and if desired, fold in half one to two more times to fit on top of salami slice. Top with another salami slice and add red onion and any desired dressings. (See links above for sauce and dressing suggestions).
Keep covered in a container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Quantities will definitely vary with this recipe, however I usually wind up with about 10-12 sammiches per batch.
