Dairy-Free Vanilla Cashew Coffee

Free Vanilla Cashew Coffee! Made with black coffee, cashews, and vanilla, it creates the most perfect froth! If you’ve got a coffeemaker and blender, you’ve got this recipe in the bag! {DF + GF} 

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces steaming black coffee
  • 1/4 cup roasted and salted cashews
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sweetener to taste, optional (See Notes)
  • Pinch of cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on a LOW setting for a few seconds. Then gradually increase the speed to HIGH and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into your favorite coffee mug, top with cinnamon or star anise, if desired, and ENJOY!

Notes

  • Honey, agave nectar, maple syrup, and stevia are options that will work in this recipe.
  • If you would like to serve this over ice and you are using a sweetener (especially something thick like honey), make sure the ingredients are evenly blended before pouring over ice so the sweetener doesn’t congeal.
