Caper Spinach Salad

Caper Spinach Salad is a delicious, mouthwatering, briny salad recipe that needs just FOUR ingredients. Fresh, spinach, capers, a hard-boiled egg, and olive oil come together for a tangy lunch recipe! {Paleo}


  • 23 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 23 tablespoons capers (with a little juice included)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and chopped/diced
  • Olive oil


  1. Place the fresh spinach on a large plate or a deep bowl.
  2. Sprinkle on or stir in the chopped egg. Scoop the capers out of their jar, along with a little of the caper juice, and sprinkle them over the top of the salad.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salad ingredients and serve immediately.
