  • 2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 3 mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 1/2 cups rice or almond milk (or any other preferred milk)


  1. Combine ingredients in blender and mix on a low to medium speed until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Serve immediately, or for a thicker smoothie, let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
