Blueberry Citrus Smoothie

  • 1 peach, quartered with skin left on
  • 3 mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar (vegan) or 100% pure honey (paleo)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


  1. Blend peach, mandarin oranges, and blueberries in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth, adding 1/8-1/4 cup water, if necessary.
  2. Add chia seeds and continue blending until smooth.
  3. Pour into glass jars and let sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.


This is perfect for making the night before. It will be super thick in the morning for a filling, healthy breakfast.
