Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Egg, and Avocado Salad

- 2 handfuls of lettuce leaves (butterhead, romaine, or two pieces of iceberg)
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 handfuls of grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 2 eggs, cooked sunny side up
- Dash of pepper
- Tuck lettuce leaves into two bowls.
- Fry bacon in pan until crispy.
- While bacon is frying, halve tomatoes and cube avocado.
- Once bacon is cooked through, pat it with a paper towel, crumble it, and set aside.
- In a small skillet fry eggs sunny side up. If you want to prepare them the way The Gram did, fry the eggs IN the bacon grease.
- Layer the lettuce bowls with bacon pieces, tomatoes, and avocado.
- Top each salad with an egg.
- Add a dash of pepper.
- Serve immediately.
