Almond Butter Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

This gluten-free Almond Butter Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl is also vegan, paleo, and perfect for breakfast or as a snack! |


  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets, steamed and chilled
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons 100% pure honey (paleo) or agave nectar (vegan), optional


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator to let thicken. Top with almonds, fresh fruit, or a drizzle of your favorite sweetener!


Prep time includes time for steaming cauliflower. I like to make several batches at once and store them for the first half of the week! This smoothie will taste best for about 2-3 days.
