Any reason to celebrate is a worthy reason in my book. So, in the spirit of the Fourth of July, I’m sharing nine of my favorite red, white, and blue recipes. RED
First on our list of Fourth of July recipes is everything red. Vibrant in flavor an color, these recipes are vegan, paleo, or both, and take just a few minutes to prepare!

Every time I think of Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice, I get a warm, excited feeling. This was one of the first “cool” paleo recipes I figured out how to make. And it is so delicious. There is something absolutely intoxicating about sauteed cauliflower, sea salt, and coconut oil. Cilantro and lime just make it next-level ridiculously good. This is the perfect Fourth of July recipe if you need a side dish for a large gathering or a comforting go-to recipe for a quaint, cozy get-together. This recipe will go the distance.

I can’t lie. I don’t know how to talk about this Fourth of July recipe without going a little crazy. These Vegan Blueberry Lime Mini Cheesecakes are so good they leave me speechless. Me, the chattiest Cathy who ever existed. And I can’t say a word without losing my cool because either 1) My face is buried in them so I can’t talk, 2) I try to talk about their awesomeness, but the words don’t come out right, or 3) All of the above.
