This 3-Ingredient Pineapple Fresca Mocktail is super-easy to assemble and topped with frozen fruit so it stays chilled without getting watered down! It’s the perfect non-alcoholic recipe for parties, and it oozes summer vibes with every sip! {GF & Vegan}
Where do I even begin, Spiriteds? 3-Ingredient Pineapple Fresca Mocktail has been in our family since before our firstborn was, well, born. And it’s been a mainstay during the spring and summer months ever since. Thirst-quenching and a delicious blend of sweet and citrusy flavors, I take the recipe to eleven by adding frozen raspberries in place of bulky ice cubes.
If you’re in the market for something a little different, but without the alcohol, then this pineapple mocktail is right up your ally. Also, it’s really pretty. And I’m not saying you have to jazz it up with paper drink umbrellas or anything. But I’m just saying you could, if you were so inclined.
Paper straws are another way to go, and now I’m thinking of all the different get-togethers where one could serve this non-alcoholic party beverage. Because that’s exactly what it is. A party beverage. Although, don’t get me wrong. K-Hubs and I absolutely drink this when it’s just the two of us. And you can, too. Let us each do our own thing and enjoy this drink as we see fit. In the words of my firstborn, “I do I.” Indeed. I also “I do I.” If you’re #same, then let’s make this drink for whatever occasion suits our fancy!
3-Ingredient Pineapple Fresca Mocktail is
- Gluten-free
- Vegan
- Thirst-quenching
- Sweet and citrusy
- Perfect for parties
- Easy to make
One benefit of this recipe is the ability to make it for small parties, or even date night in, or for larger gatherings. If you want to share this during a larger party, consider using cans of Fresca and pineapple juice, and let your guests assemble their own drink. This way, the beverage doesn’t fall flat before it’s consumed.
3-Ingredient Pineapple Fresca Mocktail ingredients
- Fresca (original flavor)
- Pineapple juice
- Frozen fruit (pineapple chunks or raspberries pair well with this recipe)
I usually add a few ice cubes to each drink, but I like to rely more on the frozen fruit to chill and flavor the beverage.
Tips for a delicious beverage
- Chill the Fresca and pineapple juice ahead of time. Since this is a real-time drink that doesn’t keep well, I like to work with chilled liquids.
- Use frozen fruit in place of lots of ice. The frozen fruit will act as ice cubes and flavor the drink. I usually add no more than 1-2 ice cubes in each glass. For this batch, I added frozen pineapple chunks and frozen raspberries. Technically, that makes this a 4-ingredient recipe, but it’s worth the addition! And the pineapple-raspberry duo is a flavor combo I never thought about before. But it’s it’s amazing.
- Make individual servings rather than one pitcher. Because this drink doesn’t last long, I calculate how many servings I want to have on hand and then pour the amount of Fresca and pineapple juice needed into each glass and top with frozen fruit.
More non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy!
Happy mocktailing, Spiriteds! I’m glad you’re here! ❤️

Hi Morgan,
What’s Fresca? I don’t remember seeing this in my country. Any suggestions for substitution?
Hello! That’s a great question! It is a grapefruit-flavored sparkling soda water. If you don’t have access to it where you live, then I would search for a grapefruit-flavored sparkling soda from another brand, if possible. I haven’t tried grapefruit sparkling water, but that is another option, as well. If you do find an alternative, you may want to add the ingredients together in small amounts, taste testing as you go, to get the right flavor balance.
Cheers!
Morgan
